Problem Solving Senior Engineer

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Lead complex, high-priority quality investigations and customer escalations.

• Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams using 8D and root cause analysis methodologies.

• Perform fact-based root cause investigations using tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, and Fault Tree Analysis.

• Conduct Gemba investigations and validate corrective actions.

• Coordinate testing, data analysis, and validation plans to confirm root causes.

• Deliver training and coaching on problem-solving and quality methodologies.

• Support major customer quality issues and Category A investigations.

• Drive lessons learned, Yokoten deployment, and best practice sharing.

• Update PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and training materials.

• Eliminate recurring defects and support continuous improvement initiatives.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, Mechanics, or similar field.

• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, PDCA, Six Sigma, MSA, SPC, Capability Analysis, and DOE.

• Experience with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans.

• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

• Experience leading investigations, audits, and cross-functional workshops.

• Fluent English; working knowledge of French is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, fact-based, and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence teams and drive change without direct authority.
