Your challenge

• Lead the development and fine-tuning of MOCVD processes for compound semiconductors,focusing on AsP deposition
• Plan and execute complex, cross-departmental development projects for both planetary and showerhead reactor platforms
• Design and coordinate precision experimental series; analyze results scientifically to identify correlations and optimize throughput, yield, and device performance.
• Document and share insights effectively, enabling colleagues and customers to benefit from your expertise.
• Adapt laboratory-developed processes to meet customer requirements and ensure seamless transfer to customer equipment, accelerating success.

The skills needed

• Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical/scientific field; PhD preferred.
• Strong knowledge in semiconductor technology or solid-state physics.
• Proven hands-on experience with MOCVD deposition processes for compound semiconductors - preferably including both planetary and showerhead reactors—and expertise in AsP materials.
• Familiarity with characterization methods in solid-state physics and practical measurement
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (5–10%).
