- Lead root cause investigations using methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide real-time production support by troubleshooting equipment and resolving process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies while collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams.

- 2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or high-volume production environments
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues on the shop floor
- Experience with root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why), SPC, process capability analysis, and Lean/continuous improvement methodologies
- Flexibility to work in a production environment, support off-shift operations, travel occasionally, and work extended hours during product launches or critical manufacturing events

- CMgE or CMgET certification is a plus

In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role supports day-to-day production, drives continuous improvement, and ensures successful execution of new product launches.

If you have/are:
