What you'll do
- Provide technical support to operations by spending time on the floor learning processes, troubleshooting, and leading and/or participating on multiple process improvement teams.
- Investigate, evaluate and develop project estimates for a variety of operational business challenges at Charter Wire.
- Design solutions to resolve challenges throughout the building via AutoCad (SolidWorks) part creation with occasional utilization of 3D printing.
- Manage process data collection and analysis as part of project tracking and completion.

About the Process Engineer Internship:
Provide technical support to operations by spending time on the floor learning processes, troubleshooting, and leading and/or participating on multiple process improvement teams.
Program structure:
- Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer.
- Location: Milwaukee - Menomonee Valley
- Start Date: January 2027
- Duration: Year-round internship
What we're looking for:
Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Engineering or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
