Process Safety Risk Intern

Risk Management unit South America is seeking a proactive intern to join a fast-paced technical safety consultancy at the cutting edge of risk analysis techniques. The Risk Management team in Brazil provide a wide range of advisory safety engineering and risk management services to the energy industry, for CAPEX and OPEX projects, in Brazil and other South American countries.

The Process safety Intern reports to a Team Lead and has responsibility of supporting with technical delivery of projects under the guidance of more senior members of the team.

Energy Systems is searching for a intern to the Risk Management South America team, to perform with the main tasks as below:

• Support on technical report analyses (HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, Human factors, gas dispersion, fluid dynamics analysis,...)
• Support on safety improvements projects
• Support on development of CFD studies
• Support on explosion/fire calculation
• Knowledge on Process Safety discipline – very desirable
• Support on technical/administrative tasks, such as technical reports, presentation, statement capability and others
• Digitalization mindset
