What you'll do
- Serve as a technical lead for technology transfer and manufacturing process support activities.
- Develop process understanding, perform risk assessments, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Author and review process descriptions, batch records, change controls, and other technical documentation.
- Monitor manufacturing performance, analyze process data, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and product quality assessments.
- Represent MSAT on customer-facing and internal project teams, including audits and operational meetings.
- Support lot release activities and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Join Lonza's Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team and play a key role in supporting technology transfer and commercial manufacturing activities.
