  • Convert technical improvements into sustainable gains in reliability, capacity, quality, and OTIF performance.
  • Support commissioning activities, continuous improvement initiatives, document management systems (GDM/MOC), and compliance with EHS standards.
  • Coach junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional improvement activities.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Experience in a manufacturing or process-industry environment.
  • Background in process engineering, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, or technical project implementation.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of OEE, Operational Excellence, and root-cause analysis methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze process and equipment data and turn insights into practical improvements.
  • Understanding of Production, Maintenance, and Engineering interfaces.
  • Experience with KPI management and project execution.

Personal Attributes
