Process Technician

·       Comprend, suit et fait respecter toutes les politiques établies en matière de sécurité, santé, qualité GMP et celles de l’entreprise, ainsi que les pratiques reconnues.

·       Participe aux projets d’amélioration continue de la qualité et aux autres activités connexes assignées.

·       Opère un groupe de machines de moulage par soufflage de plastique et les équipements auxiliaires, produisant des bouteilles de manière sécuritaire et de haute qualité (KHS, SIDEL, SIPA, SBM ou similaire).

·       Effectue le traitement des machines de soufflage afin d’améliorer l’efficacité des machines et de réduire les rebuts.

·       Effectue des contrôles de qualité fréquents et en temps opportun sur les produits fabriqués selon les normes de qualité établies.

·       Assiste les autres opérateurs et le personnel de maintenance pour les réparations mécaniques.

·       Effectue les travaux de maintenance préventive assignés, au besoin.

·       Maintient la zone de travail selon des normes acceptables de sécurité et de propreté.

·       Complète et classe toute la documentation requise de façon organisée et en temps opportun.

·       Opère les équipements afin de minimiser la génération et maximiser l’utilisation de regranulé, purge et rebuts.

·       Identifie correctement le regranulé et les rebuts produits.

·       Communique les informations de procédé au personnel désigné lors du quart entrant.

·       Assiste les autres opérateurs au besoin.

• Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing bottles in a safe and high-quality method such as KHS or SIDEL, SIPA, SBM or similar.

• Perform processing of blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.

• Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards.

• Assist other Operators and maintenance personnel on mechanical repairs.

• Perform assigned preventative maintenance work as required.

• Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards.

• Complete and file all required documentation in an orderly and timely manner.

• Operate equipment to minimize the generation and maximize the consumption of regrind, purge and scrap.

• Properly identify regrind and scrap produced.

• Communicate processing information to designated personnel on incoming shift.

• Assist other Operators as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.
