THE WESTGOLD OFFER

• Full-time, permanent position based at our Bluebird Processing Plant near Meekatharra.
• Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 15% STI bonus + Superannuation.

• Based at our Bluebird site on a family friendly roster to suit your lifestyle – 14 days on, 14 days off.

THE ROLE

• Operate and monitor processing plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate the forklift, EWP, and skid-steer in a safe and correct manner
• Conduct routine inspections and report any faults or irregularities
• Perform manual handling tasks and assist with plant maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Liaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as required

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
• Experience working within a gold processing plant or the mining industry (desirable)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Confined Space, Gas Testing, Working at Heights, and Forklift tickets (desirable)
• A strong willingness to learn and grow
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
• Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and be adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
