Process Trainer / Oil & gas

One of the Well known companies in oile and gas sectore in Oman looking to hire Position : Process Trainer . Males only . Experience: Min 3 year experience in Oil or Gas filed, preferably in a Refinery. Teaching / Training experience: Min 3 years Language: Fluent in English. Requirements Min. Bachelor's degree in chemical Engineering or a related field. Previous experience as a Process instructor or trainer. for 3-5 years 3-5 years of practical industrial experience in mechanical maintenance. Familiarity with Competency-based training delivery Familiarity with Competency Assurance frameworks Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Prior Experience with in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors is compulsory conducted the classroom and on job training as per the program design and structure. This include conducting assessment and examination Ability to develop and assess training materials and task books Effective communication and interpersonal skills. prepare training plan/schedule , training reports, etc
