Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships on behalf of UK clients
- Obtain and compare quotes to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Maintain supplier databases and update procurement records accurately
- Coordinate delivery schedules and track order fulfilment
- Assist with contract administration and vendor compliance checks
- Generate procurement reports and present findings to management
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP software
- Good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Reliable home office with high-speed internet connection
