Procurement and Contract Specialist

Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification: MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CFA, Master’s in Finance/Economics/Commerce, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and financial management activities for urban infrastructure and development projects.

* Develop and review financial models, investment plans, business plans, and project feasibility studies.

* Conduct cost-benefit analysis, financial viability assessments, and risk analysis for infrastructure projects.

* Support preparation of DPRs, PPP frameworks, funding proposals, and investment strategies.

* Analyze project revenues, expenditures, and cash flow forecasts.

* Advise on municipal finance, public finance, and innovative financing mechanisms.

* Coordinate with government agencies, financial institutions, investors, and development partners.

* Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and funding guidelines.

* Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for project stakeholders.

* Support project monitoring, financial performance evaluation, and audit processes.

Required Experience

* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, or financial consulting.

* Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.

* Experience working on urban development, smart city, transportation, infrastructure, or government projects.

* Knowledge of PPP projects, municipal finance, and infrastructure funding mechanisms.

* Experience with multilateral funding agencies, government authorities, or development organizations is preferred.

* Strong analytical, financial reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Requirement for Proposal Submission:

The candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, project finance, budgeting, financial modelling, feasibility studies, investment analysis, municipal finance, and infrastructure financing, with demonstrated experience in urban development and infrastructure projects. Experience in government-funded projects, PPP initiatives, and international development projects will be an added advantage.
