Job Title: Procurement Executive / Sr. Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive Professional to manage both domestic and import procurement operations. The role involves end-to-end purchasing, supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring smooth supply chain and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, hands-on experience in procurement, and the ability to maintain efficient supplier relationships while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Management

Identify and develop reliable supplier networks (domestic & international).

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost efficiency.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.

Procurement & Imports

Develop procurement strategies to reduce costs and minimize risks.

Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to align purchasing with business needs.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and product availability.

Ensure compliance with import regulations and supplier certifications.

Procurement & Logistics

Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

Track shipments, manage customs documentation, and resolve clearance issues.

Work with logistics teams to optimize routes and reduce transportation costs.

Quality & Compliance

Partner with QA teams to maintain product and regulatory standards.

Conduct supplier audits for quality, safety, and ethical compliance.

Manage and maintain accurate import/export documentation.

Performance & Cost Analysis

Track KPIs such as lead time, cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.

Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen procurement efficiency.

Prepare periodic reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP knowledge preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices.
