What you'll do
- Develop purchasing plan based on production requirements
- Source and evaluate new suppliers and alternative materials
- Monitor market trends and raw material prices to support purchasing decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure supply continuity and mange potential supply risks
- Develop alternative suppliers for key materials
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement SOPs and documentation requirements
- Lead the procurement team to achieve departmental KPIs, cost-saving targets and operational targets
- Work closely with Planner, Production, QA, R&D, Finance and other departments
- Prepare procurement reports and provide updates to Management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Good command of written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities
1. Purchasing & Sourcing
- Develop purchasing plan based on production requirements
