ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Retail Procurement Manager is a strategic procurement leader responsible for developing and executing global category strategies that support Skechers' business objectives across multiple regions and business functions. This role oversees indirect procurement Global Retail Categories, including Store Construction, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising, and Collateral, and encompassing all associated subcategories within each assigned package. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated person with extensive experience executing procurement and supplier strategies within global organizations.
The role leads complex sourcing initiatives, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable value through cost optimization, operational excellence, risk mitigation, supplier performance, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with global business priorities.

The pay range for this role is $125,000-$165,000/yr USD.
