What you'll do
- Support project managers and operational teams with the planning, coordination and administration of business and technology-related projects.
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, schedules, milestones, documentation and status reports.
- Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities required to support project delivery.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and assist with commercial comparisons and purchasing recommendations.

About the Role
I-NET Software Solutions is seeking a Procurement & Operations Project Officer to support the planning, coordination and delivery of internal operational and technology-related projects. The role will provide structured project support across procurement, supplier coordination, operational planning, project administration, reporting and process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, technology teams, suppliers, finance and business stakeholders to ensure that project activities, resources, purchasing requirements and operational deliverables are effectively coordinated.
The role is suited to an individual with experience in procurement, supply-chain coordination, supplier management, ERP systems, commercial administration and operational project support.
Key Responsibilities
· Support project managers and operational teams with the planning, coordination and administration of business and technology-related projects.
