Procurement Professional with German

Responsibilities:

• Trigger purchase orders for info records stored in the system;

• Verify and enter order confirmations (quantities and delivery date), making sure a of 90% accuracy in SAP;

• Verify the invoices (quantity variance) and release them if necessary;

• Tracking the deliveries (dunning if necessary), tracking of overdue deliveries;

• Ensure compliance with OTD and a low stock level;

• Execution of the intercompany order including deposit of the info record;

• Forwarding and tracking of Q-notifications internally with quality assurance and externally to the supplier;

• Ensuring the completion/fulfillment of Prio Liste requested materials in due time for production planning;

• Assure timely response and resolution for the WE list items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in economics/business administration and/ or at least 2-3 years of experience in the procurement of external direct materials is mandatory;

• Fluent in English and German;

• Fact-driven and strong technical and procurement understanding, detailed oriented attitude to problem solving and identify solutions;

• Hand-on experience in SAP S4 (MM), or different ERP system;

• Experience with MS Office tools.
