What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing activities for plant operations, including purchase requisition (PR) review, RFQ issuance, supplier evaluation and selection, purchase order (PO) issuance, and delivery follow-up.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships and support supplier performance management, development, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor price trends, supply risks, and industry developments to support effective procurement strategies.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, safety requirements, and local regulations in all procurement activities.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- min. 5–max.10 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or above, both written and verbal. (Ability to actively participate in English-language meetings, conference calls, and email communication.)
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
- Experience working with multinational companies (MNCs) or global procurement organizations is preferred.
