Job Description

The MS NOW Social Video Producer/Editor will conceive, write, produce, and edit content created for TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The job requires expert editing skills and a proven record in writing social scripts. Someone who can gather sound and build sharp graphics to construct compelling political storytelling. A creative, independent producer who has new ideas daily and thrives on making video content stand out and get noticed.

PLEASE NOTE: position hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 2pm-10pm and Saturday 10am-6pm.

This position is represented by the Writers Guild of America East.

Responsibilities:

Additional Requirements: 

  • Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking news and special projects.
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday weekly.

Salary Range: $93,000 - $110,000
