About this role
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own the overall product architecture.
- Design scalable solutions using React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, MongoDB, and MySQL.
- Drive microservices, API-first, and cloud-native architecture.
- Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Design intelligent automation features such as AI-assisted test generation, self-healing, and autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture best practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and drive continuous product innovation.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of software product development experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Java Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud Architecture (AWS preferred).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG.
- Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software testing practices, including generating test cases, test data, and automation scripts using generative AI tools.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Test Automation platforms or Quality Engineering tools.
- Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or TestComplete.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP.
- Exposure to SaaS product development and enterprise software.
