What you'll do
- Assist with daily P&L reporting and month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials
- Partner with the business to drive forth and implement robust controls and new business initiatives
- Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
- Assist with daily cash receipts entry
- Assist with monthly billing of Financial Service Partners, Payers, Trading Partners and Direct customers
- Monitor collections process for Account Level and Merchant Service fees
- Own 3rd Party Revenue Share calculation and distribution
- Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

As a Product Control Associate in the Executive Middle Office team, you will promote financial accuracy, strengthen risk management, and influence how a major investment platform runs day to day. The Product Controller on the Executive Middle Office team, will sit at the intersection of Front Office, Market Risk, Technology, and Finance—owning the daily P&L and risk story for one of the CIO’s flagship products and helping ensure the business is well supported, properly controlled, and positioned to scale.
