About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to conceptualize and design product accessories, with a focus on bags, pouches, and packaging concepts. This role involves translating brand aesthetics into functional, visually appealing, and production-ready designs that enhance the overall product and brand experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for various product lines
- Develop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience
- Create design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for accessories and packaging materials
- Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and brand alignment
- Research market trends, materials, and design innovations to introduce fresh ideas
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines
- Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and support product development timelines
Skills Required
- Strong creativity with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories
- Ability to translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs
- Strong problem-solving and visualization skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Product Design / Packaging Design / Accessory Design
- Experience in designing bags, pouches, or packaging structures preferred
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or related field
