What you'll do
- Process & manage custom orders from start to finish
- Create & prepare job packages & required manufacturing documentation
- Support day-to-day production line operations
- Provide technical expertise to Production & PGS (Product Group Sales) teams
- Investigate & resolve operational problems affecting production
- Assist with custom quote preparation
- Support corrective actions, ECNs, & ECRs
- Partner with NPD Engineers on New Product Development projects

- Demonstrated ability to process complex custom orders
- Strong product knowledge with the ability to provide full technical support for a specific product group

What You'll Get to Do
If you thrive on solving complex manufacturing challenges & bridging the gap between design & production, this role offers the chance to make a direct, measurable impact from the shop floor to the sales team.
As Product Engineer, you'll be a key technical resource across the organization, processing custom orders, optimizing manufacturing processes, & providing hands-on support to both Manufacturing & Technical Sales teams. You'll draw on your knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication, tooling, & quality standards to help drive the most efficient, cost-effective, high-quality production possible.
