What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end user experience of a core automotive data platform, ensuring customers can easily find, understand, and act on the information provided.
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting experiences to support accurate interpretation of complex data.
- Drive post-launch usability optimization through user research, feedback analysis, support ticket reviews, and ongoing product refinements.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver intuitive, consistent, and scalable product experiences.
- Shape in-product content, interaction patterns, and design standards to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Product Design, UX Design, Product Experience, or a related role supporting digital products.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and interaction design for web-based applications.
- Experience designing data-heavy, analytics, reporting, or dashboard-based products.
- Ability to interpret user feedback, usage analytics, and support data to identify usability improvements.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for user-centered design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on mature products focused on optimization, usability improvements, and customer adoption rather than initial product creation.
- Experience designing AI-powered product experiences and presenting AI-generated content in a way that promotes appropriate user trust.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and visual consistency governance.
- Experience within automotive, mobility, SaaS, B2B data, or technology-driven products.
- Knowledge of concepts such as explainability, confidence indicators, source attribution, and responsible AI user experiences.
- Experience supporting or designing market intelligence, research, or data analytics platforms.
