•    Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services.

•    Ensure high system availability, data security, and business continuity through effective backup and disaster recovery practices.

•    Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues within agreed SLAs.

•    Administer Microsoft 365 / email systems, user access controls, Active Directory, and endpoint security.

•    Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, VPNs, and security configurations.

•    Manage IT assets, software licenses, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

•    Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and ISPs for support and procurement.                                   

•    Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, and security standards.

•    Support business applications (ERP/CRM/Service tools) and recommend technology improvements.

•    Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.

•    Ensure periodic audits, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices are followed.                            

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent.
