- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) within Participant Financial Success.
- Prioritize and deliver platform capabilities that support personalization, audience activation, and journey orchestration.
- Partner across Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to define product direction and investment priorities.
- Lead platform governance and establish scalable operating models, standards, and best practices.
- Define product success measures and monitor platform adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
- Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and delivery priorities.
- Evaluate emerging customer engagement and AI-enabled capabilities to drive continuous innovation and client value.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, or similar customer engagement platforms.
