KRA:
• Generate Deep Market Insights:

Analyze industry movements and predict future trends to keep our products ahead of the
curve.
• Elevate High-Utility Products:
Take part in the development and expansion of our high-utility products, ensuring they
reach new heights of excellence.
Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and implement improvements to maintain
our reputation for outstanding products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Engineering, Marketing, Legal, UX, and more. Your
collaborative efforts will ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.
Engage in brainstorming sessions, contribute to project planning, and see your ideas
come to life.
KPI:
• Net promoter score of responsible products
• Churn rate of responsible products
• Tech process health metrics (Sprint Completion %, Due Date Achievement %)

Any Specific skills Required:
Mandatory:
• Basic understanding of Coding/Programming.
• Crisp and clear Oral and Written communication.
• Basic understanding of Data Analytics.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX Design.
• BTech and MBA
Good to have:
• Experience in UI/UX Design (tool knowledge: Figma)
• Experience in Coding/Programming role
