About Prezzee

Prezzee is a global leader in digital gifting and payments, having sold over 140 million gift cards through partnerships with more than 1,500 brands and serving over 6 million customers worldwide. Our mission is to change lives through the power of giving — leveraging borderless payment technology and innovative digital solutions to help people connect and create memorable moments that truly matter.

About the role:

The Product Manager is accountable for turning business opportunities, customer problems, and strategic priorities into clear, actionable work that delivers measurable outcomes. You drive data-driven prioritisation, deeply understand customer and business needs, define high-quality requirements, and partner closely with your squad—especially the Tech Lead, UX, Head of Product and Delivery Lead to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. You are outcome-obsessed, delivery-focused, and operate with a strong sense of ownership. You support the Head of Product with insight, analysis, and recommendations that inform stream-level and product-level strategy. Reporting to the Chapter Lead – Product Management, this is a pivotal role for ensuring the squad builds the right things, builds them well, and delivers real value quickly.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead discovery to understand customer needs, validate assumptions, and size opportunities, using data and insights to define problems and shape hypotheses.
  • Contribute business cases, opportunity sizing, and prioritisation inputs to inform roadmap and quarterly planning.
  • Own and prioritise the squad backlog (epics, stories, bugs, tech debt, discovery), balancing customer value, commercial impact, feasibility, effort, and risk.
  • Ensure work is clearly defined, estimated, and ready for development, maintaining a continuously refined backlog aligned to priorities and capacity.
  • Translate complex problems into clear, testable user stories with strong acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts (flows, rules, edge cases).
  • Partner closely with engineering to assess feasibility, refine scope, and validate delivered outcomes through UAT.
  • Drive predictable, high-quality delivery by leading agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and managing risks and dependencies.
  • Provide transparent delivery reporting and ensure work aligns to OKRs, business goals, and customer outcomes.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly across technical and business audiences.

What are we looking for:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in an Agile environment.
  • Proven experience writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise using data, capacity, value, and business impact.
  • Strong experience partnering with engineering teams and confidence working with technical concepts.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and service-based integrations, including:
  • Understanding how APIs function (requests/responses, endpoints, payloads).
  • Familiarity with APIs and SaaS integrations.
  • Awareness of authentication methods (e.g. OAuth, API keys) and general API security principles.
  • Appreciation of API considerations such as versioning, reliability, and performance.
  • Ability to translate partner requirements into clear integration requirements for engineering teams.
  • Experience delivering or supporting B2B integrations or strategic partner initiatives in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across commercial, engineering, and external partner teams.
