About this role

Join a team where your expertise in machine learning and AI directly protects millions of customers and shapes the next generation of fraud prevention technology.

As a Fraud AI/ML Platform Product Manager in the Fraud Strategy organization, you will define and drive the multi-year vision for advanced fraud prevention platforms — spanning machine learning, graph intelligence, and MLOps. You will partner with Data Science, Engineering, Fraud Operations, and Model Risk Management to deliver measurable reductions in fraud loss while preserving an exceptional customer experience. Your work will directly influence how we detect fraud rings, coordinated attacks, and sophisticated multi-step schemes at scale.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the multi-year platform strategy and roadmap for fraud models, feature infrastructure, graph intelligence, and MLOps capabilities across all payment and banking products
  • Manage an experimentation roadmap with clear success criteria and measurable lift metrics, converting proven proof-of-concepts into production capabilities that reduce fraud loss
  • Define the dynamic feature ecosystem, including streaming features, feature discovery processes, online/offline parity, and feature store architecture that balances performance, freshness, and reliability
  • Oversee the productization of graph intelligence capabilities, including entity schema design, graph feature and embedding strategy, operational contracts for freshness and latency, and explainability requirements for fraud ring detection
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Fraud Operations, and Model Risk Management teams to address emerging fraud threats and ensure timely capability delivery
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in adversarial ML, graph neural networks, sequence modeling, reinforcement learning, and MLOps practices
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and platform capabilities clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience with Transformer-based ML systems, graph intelligence, continuous learning platforms, or MLOps
  • Bachelor's degree required
