What you'll do

  • Own the roadmap and prioritization for turning end-user demand into enterprise-wide adoption — from onboarding and activation through the signals that flag an account as ready to expand.
  • Turn hunches into structured experiments — write test charters, run A/B tests, and use the results to make the call on what ships next.
  • Dig into dashboards, funnel data, and usage signals to find where the biggest opportunities sit and confirm that shipped features are actually moving the needle.
  • Work closely with go-to-market, technical, creative, and analytics teams to bring features to market. These features drive enterprise acquisition and revenue. They can also be reused across other Adobe product lines.
  • Be the customer advocate every step of the way — help the entire product team see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight!

What they're looking for

  • 3–5+ years experience, with a track record of shepherding initiatives from idea through launch.
  • Experience driving growth directly from the product is important, ideally with free, freemium, trial, or conversion models. You understand what motivates users to pay. You have shipped features that demonstrate this.
  • A natural inclination toward data with ability to define what success looks like and using the numbers to steer prioritization and strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with AI: We seek a candidate experienced in building or working with AI-powered features or products. The candidate should also be eager to keep learning and growing in this area.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a growth or data-heavy role is a plus.
  • An MBA or related master's degree is a plus, not a mandate.

The Opportunity

This position is based in Adobe India’s Bangalore office; You should be able to work in a hybrid model needing to come into the office at least 3 days in a week.

The group passionate about Enterprise Growth (within Adobe’s Unified Platform organization) is seeking a Product Manager. This role will own Product-Led Growth (PLG) across our B2B Enterprise business and turn end-user demand into enterprise-wide adoption. Our team is building new ways to bring enterprise customers into Adobe beyond traditional sales and marketing motions, workflows that channel individual product usage into broader enterprise adoption, pairing free product access and personalized onboarding with in-product signals that point our sales team to the next upsell opportunity.

In this position, you will own and drive PLG initiatives. These initiatives turn grassroots, end-user demand into enterprise-wide adoption. You'll partner with cross-functional teams in engineering, building, analytics, and go-to-market to define and ship impactful product experiences.
