Product Manager - Healthcare- Hybrid
We are hiring a Product Manager (Healthcare) to help lead initiatives across healthcare workflows, platform design, and operational transformation. This role is well suited for someone who combines strong product judgment with technical fluency and can move effectively from discovery through delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand real business and workflow needs, shape product direction, develop clear requirements, and help guide solutions that are practical, scalable, and well aligned to day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for
- 3–5+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in healthcare or complex enterprise software
- Strong discovery, workflow design, and requirements skills
- Comfort working with APIs, SQL, data models, and technical teams
- Ability to use modern AI tools to accelerate prototyping, analysis, and documentation
- Lead discovery with business and operational stakeholders
- Translate complex needs into clear product requirements and solution direction
- Use modern tools to rapidly prototype and refine concepts
- Partner with engineering and design teams through execution
- Stay focused on adoption, usability, and measurable business value
