- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for multilingual capabilities and language-access experiences.
- Lead the implementation and expansion of translation, localization, and content management solutions across digital channels.
- Partner across platform, engineering, content teams and a vendor partnership to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
- Establish scalable governance, automation, content reuse, and localization practices that drive operational efficiency and quality.
- Define and measure success through data-driven KPIs, participant insights, and business outcomes.
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
