and the performance reporting that measures it including the Property Reach, Lead Sherpa and Skip Sherpa
brands. The Product Manager will work and collaborate daily with engineering, data, sales, marketing, and

This is a hybrid product and business-performance role. Beyond standard product management, you will own
KPIs across every go-to-market motion and own the metrics package presented to the executive team.
Approximate allocation: 50% product management, 30% analytics and performance reporting, 20% go-to-market
enablement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Own the product roadmap, UI/UX direction, and the full lifecycle of new features, translating market
trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into priorities reviewed with leadership quarterly.
• Run discovery through customer interviews, win/loss reviews, support ticket analysis, and turn findings into
specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify differentiation opportunities in our data assets, including coverage, match rates, freshness, and
delivery methods.
• Build and maintain the reporting structure that tracks KPIs across paid marketing, direct signups, inbound
sales, and outbound sales motions.
• Own the recurring metrics package delivered to the C-suite, including definitions, figures, narrative, and
recommendations, and present results in monthly business reviews.
• Define and track core commercial and product metrics including MRR and ARR, ARPU, trial-to-paid
conversion, CAC and payback, LTV, net revenue retention, churn, and platform engagement.
• Partner with the data team to move recurring analyses into governed dashboards, own the metric
definitions behind them, and maintain a metrics dictionary, so figures reconcile across departments.
• Run A/B testing and cohort retention analysis, and monitor churn drivers to prioritize retention work.
• Act as the coordination point across engineering, data, sales, marketing, and support, and equip go-tomarket
teams for each release.
• Partner with engineering, design, and QA to plan sprints, prioritize the backlog, manage scope and timeline
trade-offs, and ship on committed dates.
Qualifications & Skills
• Direct experience in real estate, proptech, or property data.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, data products, or a comparable platform
environment.
• Proven success growing SaaS products through experimentation, analytics, and continuous optimization.
• Experience working with product analytics and experimentation platforms such as GA4, Domo, VWO,
Optimizely, or similar tools.
• Experience owning executive-level reporting, including metric definitions and the narrative behind the
numbers.
• Experience shipping alongside engineering and design teams in an agile environment, including backlog
ownership and sprint planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting analysis and recommendations directly
to executives.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with a strong bias toward action and
continuous improvement.
