Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join one of our key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and a strong background in utilizing automation tools like Zapier or workflow automation platforms like Camunda. Additionally, proficiency in business process documentation is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Prioritize product features based on business value and customer impact.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features.
- Utilize Zapier or Camunda to automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed business process documentation to support product development and implementation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment for minimum of 4 Years.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in using Zapier or Camunda for workflow automation and process optimization.
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive business process documentation.
