Job Description:

Summary:

Product marketing assistant will assist the PME to finish some regular work, like releasing new products, tracking the release status of corresponding products, manage all documents and website and keep them updated. This position requires the candidate has high carefulness and attentiveness.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the documentation and procedure, and manage all documents thoroughly and professionally, Maintain/update documents database

理解文档和程序要求,完整并专业的管理相关文档,维护更新文档资料库。

2. Assists with documentation archive required, such as scan and save file as required

协助文控管理，比如扫描，保存文档

3. Track new product release status and work with PME (product marketing engineer) to make sure we launch new parts in time.追

踪新产品的发布状态，和PME一起确保新产品的准时发布

4. Release price book quarterly, update Product Selector Guide and website in time.

每季度按时发布价格手册，及时更新产品选择指导和网站

5. Other duties as assigned. 处理被分配到的其他任务

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, majoring in English, Marketing, Science and technology, Business is preferred

本科学历，英语、市场、理工或商务专业更佳

2. Working carefully, strong sense of responsibility

做事细心，有责任心，工作认真

3.Prefer the personality of bright, sprightly, strong interpersonal communication skills, good team cooperation consciousness

性格开朗，活泼，沟通能力强，良好的团队合作意识

4.Good reading and written English;良好的英语读写能力

5.Familiar with operating all common office software, PPT, EXCEL, WORD, etc
