What you'll do
- Architect and execute global GTM frameworks for core XBRL/iXBRL reporting solutions and emerging ESG compliance modules.
- Define precise ICPs, buyer personas (CFOs, Controllers, ESG Directors, Legal Compliance), and value messaging frameworks tailored to global regulatory shifts.
- Equip enterprise sales and demand generation teams with high-impact pitch decks, competitor battlecards, ROI calculators, case studies, and demo scripts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Development + Sales Team(s) to build customized content streams for high-value strategic accounts.
- Monitor evolving global taxonomy shifts and regulatory mandates (SEC, ESEF, CSRD, FERC) to continuously refine IRIS CARBON’s market positioning.
- Conduct win/loss analyses and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and feature gaps.
- Partner with Product Management to align feature roadmaps with buyer demands and deliver clear customer communication during release cycles.
- Work with Digital Marketing and Campaign Ops to design campaign messaging that drives pipeline growth and accelerates enterprise deal velocity.

Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, high-impact Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for IRIS CARBON’s SaaS compliance solutions. Positioned at the intersection of Product Management, Demand Generation, and Direct Sales, you will translate complex financial/ESG regulatory requirements into compelling value propositions, high-converting enablement assets, and category-defining campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Launches
- Architect and execute global GTM frameworks for core XBRL/iXBRL reporting solutions and emerging ESG compliance modules.
- Define precise ICPs, buyer personas (CFOs, Controllers, ESG Directors, Legal Compliance), and value messaging frameworks tailored to global regulatory shifts.
Sales Enablement & Content Strategy

What We Are Looking For

- Domain Exposure: Familiarity with corporate financial reporting, XBRL/iXBRL tagging workflows, or regulatory technology platforms is a strong advantage.

- Location: Based in or willing to work out of our Hyderabad or Mumbai office(s), collaborating across North American and European business hours as needed.
