Your Role as Product Owner AI Assistant 

 As Product Owner in our AI Assistant team, you’ll be at the forefront of building and enhancing an innovative new service for NVM real estate professionals. You will guide an international, multidisciplinary development team, set priorities, and bring internal and external stakeholders together around a clear direction.

With broad support across Brainbay and close collaboration with NVM, funda, and other partners, you’ll have the backing needed to turn advanced AI technology into a reliable and valuable product that supports professionals in their daily work.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead an international and multidisciplinary team of LLM- and Data engineers and full-stack developers to deliver the AI Assistant service; 

• Coordinate and prioritize development efforts using Agile/Scrum methodologies; 

• Collaborate with business owner and multiple internal and external stakeholders (including NVM, funda and others) to gather requirements, set expectations, and align on delivery; 

• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality features and updates; 

• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing advanced AI technologies, including MCP Agents, LLMs and voice recognition; 

• Present and communicate the AI assistant’s progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders. 

What We’re Looking For: 

We’re seeking a driven professional with strong leadership and organizational skills. You’re a problem solver with a user-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; 

• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; 

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and cloud environments; 

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; 

• Fluent in Dutch and English;

• At the time of applying, you must live in the Netherlands.

Experience with the following areas can be beneficial, but are not essential: 

• Experience in LLM engineering, data engineering, or UI/UX design; 

• Background in real estate – e.g. in the area of brokage and/or valuations.

• Start salary range € 5.235 - € 7.478,- monthly, depending on skills and experience. 

• 8,25% holiday allowance.

• Travel allowance (€0.25 per km) or 100% reimbursed via NS Business Card 

• Hybrid working with a €2.45 daily allowance for home working days.
