About this role
Dyad is a provider of comprehensive property and casualty insurance processing and distribution solutions that empower and connect agents, brokers, wholesalers, MGAs/MGUs, program administrators, carriers, and policyholders. Dyad’s software and service solutions drive efficient insurance processing, superior customer service, and insightful business management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Manager(s) to prioritize Features in backlog
- Develop Feature descriptions and translate these into stories for sprints
- Actively engage with Developers in sprints, ensuring stories effectively translated into developed product
- Actively engage with QA to ensure proper test coverage of stories
- Embedded in development sprint teams
Work shift: 10 AM to 7.30 PM
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Skills Required:
- Proven experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and product performance to inform strategic decisions
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other product management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
