Role Description

We are looking for a Product Owner II to lead product execution for our automated scheduling applications across our labeling and corrugated ERP platforms. This role works closely with product management, engineering, UX, and customers to ensure our scheduling products deliver measurable operational value for manufacturers.

Working under the direction of a Product Manager, the Product Owner translates roadmap initiatives and projects into actionable development work. This individual will own the product backlog, break initiatives into epics and stories, coordinate multi-team planning, and collaborate with engineering to deliver high-quality scheduling capabilities.

The ideal candidate understands manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and production scheduling, and is comfortable working with both technical teams and manufacturing customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Ownership

  • Own and manage the product backlog for the automated scheduling products.
  • Work with Product Managers to create epics from initiatives and roadmap projects.

Customer & Market Insight

Agile Development Collaboration

  • Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Clarify requirements and ensure development teams understand the desired product outcomes.

Product Delivery

  • Validate that delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria and business objectives.
  • Support product releases including documentation, training, and internal enablement.
  • Collaborate with product management and leadership on roadmap execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with implementation, support, and sales teams to ensure product features align with customer needs.
