Product Owner/Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with all departmental heads to understand their business processes, identify technology requirements, and convert them into actionable product initiatives.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the technology team.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
• Lead and coordinate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other technical teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Allocate work to the technology team in collaboration with engineering leads, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Ensure solutions are technically scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Track product performance, user adoption, and continuously improve the product using data-driven insights.

Technical Knowledge

• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, web and mobile applications.
• Good understanding of databases and application workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and review technical solutions.
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and recommend scalable product solutions.

Preferred Experience

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Experience working on FinTech, SaaS, Marketplace, CRM, ERP, LOS, LMS, or Enterprise Technology products.
• Experience leading cross-functional product and technology teams.
• Proven experience working directly with business heads and translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent product initiatives.
