What you'll do
- Understand the device behavior and functionality to be able to efficiently deliver debugging or test solution
- Support and deliver all aspects of test improvement, including test cost reduction, test coverage improvement, test integral yield improvement, test flexibility improvement, test platform transfer, test efficiency improvement, etc.
- Support debugging/root cause finding for customer return on ATE and production issues
