  • Answers telephone, directs calls and takes messages when receptionist is busy.

GRF CPAS & Advisors, has been part of the Washington, DC metropolitan region since 1981. The firm provides outsourced accounting, auditing, risk advisory and consulting, and tax services to an extensive client base, which consists of nonprofit organizations, government contractors, professional service firms and others.

GRF CPAs & Advisors, a Bethesda, MD CPA Firm is in search of a Production Assistant to join our team. The Production Assistant will work in an office setting and be expected to exhibit professionalism, good communication skills, multi-tasking abilities and be deadline driven. You will work in a team, be trained on formatting guidelines we use, and be responsible for making sure that all reports, financial statements and other documents produced by our accounting personnel are polished, professional and visually appealing for our clients. You will have a keen attention to detail to ensure that all work you are assigned to produce or review is free of errors. A college degree is preferred, but not required for applicants with administrative work experience.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $56,000

Location: Bethesda, MD - hybrid: two days in office; three days work-from-home
