Production Assistant (F/M/D)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily production activities in SAP and outsourced processes in all aspects like Raising Production orders, declaration, WI issue etc.

• Should have good co-ordination skills with different departments and functions within the company and ensure that all production orders can be fulfilled within the required time and without major delays.

• Updating / Creation of BOM and Recipe of all products in SAP

• Control and storage of the production documents  

• Indemnification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection

Qualifications:

Any gradudate with 5 to 10 years of experience.

Skills & personal attributes:

• Self-Motivated and open for changes

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Ready to take responsibility and make decisions appropriately

• Good foresight with organization and planning skills

• Ability to communicate openly and constructively with subordinates, colleagues and superiors

• Distinct social skills to work in local and international teams

Essential:

• Should have Knowledge about production process in general

• Should have good experience in production planning.

• Hands on experience in SAP production module & Microsoft Office
