JOB DESCRIPTION

KDFW FOX 4—the ratings leader in the #4 media market in the nation—is moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. To maintain seamless live newscast operations at our current facility while permanent staff train on systems at the new site, we are seeking experienced, temporary candidates to fill News Production Director, Master Control Technician, Production Technician, and Production Automation Technician roles for an 8-week assignment. If you bring proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume newscast environment, join our team during this operational transition.

Production Automation Technician (Temporary 8-Week Assignment)

The Responsibilities

  • Automated Control Room Operations: Expertly operate the Sony ELC Production Automation System, production switcher, audio console, and robotic camera systems (including camera shading) during live broadcasts.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $24.80-43.98 per hour.
