Production Coordinator

What you'll do
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Production Manager, Line Producer, and wider Production team.
- Assist with coordinating studio and remote production activities, including scheduling equipment, crew, and facilities as directed.
- Support project planning by helping to collate production information, scripts, schedules, and call sheets.
- Track production documentation, including contracts, release forms, permits, insurance documents, and production reports.
- Liaise with crew members, vendors, and suppliers to communicate schedules, requirements, and updates.
- Support basic budget tracking by logging expenses, invoices, and petty cash records for review by the Production Manager.
- Assist with travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for cast and crew.
- Coordinate logistics for shoots, rehearsals, and production meetings.
- Ensure production paperwork is properly filed, updated, and stored in line with company policies.
- Support post-production processes by helping to track deliverables, edit schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure all production footage is filed, archived and stored optimally on the compan y server and external hard drives.
- Escalate any operational issues, delays, or risks to the Production Manager promptly.
