Full description from employer

The Production Design Lead owns end-to-end quality, speed, and accuracy of floor plan and space data production for GREF's global portfolio (60MM+ SF) — including early feasibility test-fits and record plan documentation. This role is supported by a vendor production team and is accountable for the accuracy of GREF's record floor plans and the associated space data underpinning occupancy planning, portfolio strategy, finance reporting, and capital decisions. Scope includes oversight of a vendor team, pipeline management, and building cross functional processes

The successful candidate will establish global intake and QC processes, drive the CAD-to-Revit portfolio conversion, and develop the business-as-usual operating model for the development, maintenance, and quality control of GREF record plans and data. Responsibilities include developing a staffing model based on actual pipeline volume and automation throughput — right-sizing the team using real data. The role also requires identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement to drive efficiency, reduce manual effort, and hold the line on quality. Coordinate with partner teams, including Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Planning, GREF Tech and the FMS owner across initiatives, including intake, production and maintenance.
