As our footprint grows, so does the need for thoughtful, engaging creative that connects our brand with patients, providers, employees, and communities. We’re looking for a Production & Design Specialist who can turn ideas into polished, impactful creative while helping our Marketing team keep pace with an exciting pipeline of campaigns, clinic launches, and organizational initiatives. 

Who You Are 

You’re a creative, detail-oriented designer who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. You’re equally comfortable developing a new piece of collateral, adapting an existing design, preparing files for print, or jumping into WordPress to make a digital update. 

You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift, deadlines matter, and no two days look exactly the same. You bring strong design instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and the organization needed to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or brand consistency. 

You’ll bring:

What You’ll Be Doing 

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on creative and production support across the organization, helping ensure UVVC’s marketing materials are engaging, accurate, on brand, and delivered on time. 

You’ll:

  • Develop creative assets supporting marketing campaigns, clinic launches, promotional initiatives, and organizational priorities

Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.

$45,000—$45,000 USD
