- Supervise daily production and assembly activities to ensure timely completion of schedules.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and work instructions.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for smooth production operations.
- Analyze production performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Investigate production and assembly issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and maintenance departments to support production requirements.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and assembly line performance.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Support new product development and production trials.
