Salary: £45,000 per annum DOE | Permanent | Manufacturing

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a busy manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a hands-on, confident people leader who can take ownership of production, manage and motivate a team, and ensure work flows efficiently through the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the production team.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, resources and workflow.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, quality and on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve production issues quickly.
• Manage team performance and maintain high standards.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain strong Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
• Take ownership of day-to-day production performance.

About You

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience in production planning and workflow management.
• Highly organised, proactive and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on within a factory environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality and Health & Safety.

This is a hands-on production leadership role, not an engineering or technical position.
