Overview:

We are seeking a Production Manager to manage the Sections of soap & cosmetic , ensuring efficient operations, high-quality standards, and timely production while leading a team and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Manage production schedules and optimize resources.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance for machinery upkeep.
• Implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain production records and reports.

Skills Required:

• 4+ years in Cosmetic, Pharma or FMCG production, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
